In early July, two palettes of dental supplies arrived at the Trudi Birger Dental Clinic, the annual donation from Henry Schein Cares. This shipment has turned into an annual event for the workers and patients at DVI.
Henry Schein, Inc. is the largest distributor of healthcare products and services to office-based practitioners in the combined North American and European markets. Henry Schein has been an important supporter of DVI for many years, ensuring that the clinic is always outfitted with the necessary supplies. DVI is honored to have Mr Keith Drayer and Mr. Steve Kess of Henry Schein, on the American Friends of DVI board.
Once the palettes were offloaded from the truck, everyone at the clinic put in a helping hand - from the children waiting to be treated, to the volunteers on break and the staff. DVI is grateful to Henry Schein Cares for its continuing support of the clinic, allowing us to help the indigent children of Jerusalem.
